Hi, hi! 👋🏼 I have a fun style post to share with a fun online shop called Shop Maxwell. I’m sure you’ve seen them on Instagram or Pinterest and have probably even repinned some of their clothing items! 🙃 Well I definitely have and so I decided it was time to do some shopping! I’m so busy I don’t have time and definitely don’t want to make time to go into any store to go shopping. Therefore online shops have become my best friend. 👯 This shop has so many different pieces for every occasion and that’s when you know you found a good one! 😉 I found dresses I could wear to church, cocktail dresses, trendy pieces, simple tshirts, they have it all! Lately I’ve stopped shopping for anything tight and restricting because I need the movement at work so when I found this blouse I thought it was so perfect for my life! Not only could I wear it to work but I’d wear it on a casual day out with shorts! Completely versatile. One of the reasons I chose this top is because I adore the eyelet fabric and the detail on the sleeve I feel so put together and pretty in this top! 💁🏼 I especially love the color, I love pairing light colors with other light colors so I went with white denim and nude wrap heels! It’s so comfortable but still very everyday girl cute! Happy Monday guys!

Girlssssss, wrap dresses, it is the best creation in the fashion world! Let me tell you why…first of all it is thee most comfortable dress ever! It is such a classic item to have in your wardrobe that doesn’t ever seem to go out of style. If you buy the right fabric, and color you can wear it through all the seasons! Okay, and if you’re a soon to be mom this would be a perfect dress as well because it doesn’t matter what shape or figure you are, you are guaranteed to look amazing. Dress it up or wear it more casually, you can do it all with wrap dresses. If I still haven’t convinced you well…. I think I will because this dress is only $16 so why not try it out now? I would go one size up if you’re a little more curvy because the split will open wider but the fabric is great, very nice and stretchy! Happy Shopping everyone!
With love, Elle.

Today I’m sharing my trip to the beautiful Mexico City! 🇲🇽 We purchased a national flight from TJ to Mexico City and arrived 10 minutes late to the airport where they would not let us through!!! We were stuck in TJ with all our luggage and it was seriously the worst experience ever. 😭 I’m traumatized, I’ve done that before but they always let me through or switch my tickets without charging me! We had to buy another ticket and stay in TJ, which happened to be kind of fun! My cousin has an aunt who lives there so we crashed at their place and got taken to eat some bomb tacos! Then we left on the next flight to Mexico and were on our way! ✈️
My aunt lives in Mexico City so she took us around to the most beautiful restaurants, places and we had a great time because of her! Below are some of the spots you have to visit when you go. Also, watch a full vlog of everything we did! Click Here To Watch!

Hi everyone! Today’s outfit is involving jeans, which I don’t usually wear. If you scroll through my recent posts here on Elle’s Adventure there are pretty much only dresses. I’ve said it before but I just love my dresses. I don’t have many jeans, only the essentials so I like to splurge a little bit more on those jeans! Every now and then I pull out my good old denim jeans and go for a casual look and what better way than to incorporate an OTS blouse! It was a lazy day today and I ran around looking for supplies for my upcoming blog posts that I have planned so I wanted something comfortable. These shoes have such a beautiful embroidery, I think if Marie Antoinette were here she’d approve of them! They remind me of some of her fabulous shoes or maybe even a fabric she’d wear for a dress, have as a curtain, put on a chair, or anywhere in her castle! As for my hair….well let’s just say I’m trying to give my hair a break. I’ve been searching pinterest for fun braids to try so that I don’t curl it for a few days, so this hairstyle was created from an overnight braid and a half braid (semi achieved after the second attempt).

The sun is shining in California…finally, I was beginning to miss the sun….just a tiny bit!! I just love all the cold weather and rainy days but I was happy to wear a dress and my suede boots once again! I found this amazing little dress from Revolve clothing, the embroidery detail on this dress is just the cutest thing ever. It also has pockets which make this dress a million times better! This dress would be perfect for those summer nights as well. I threw on my favorite OTK boots because they looked great with the dress and are incredibly comfortable. I seriously scored with these boots, comfortable and so freaking cute!! I also grabbed my favorite leather jacket I’ve had for years, it makes every outfit an instant ‘cool girl’ outfit! That’s all for my outfit, thanks for stopping by!

I love traveling and have done enough of it to gain some insight on how to properly explore a new place (not that there’s a right and wrong way, simply do what makes you most happy). Below are my special little tips!
1. Research. Research what spots you want to see and restaurants you want to try. I always bookmark any cool spots I want to go to on Yelp or in my notes app on my phone.
2. Bike Around. Renting a bike in a new place is so much fun and such an effective way to see many things all in one day.
3. Bird’s Eye View. Get a bird’s eye view. Every place I have gone to I always somehow manage to find an amazing rooftop restaurant or place to go to look over the whole city.
4. Get To Know the Locals. Ask the locals because who knows the city better than they do! I’ve eaten some pretty amazing food and seen beautiful things I probably wouldn’t of if I didn’t get to know some locals.
5. Document. Lastly don’t forget to document your travels. Snap a picture of every ‘Oh My Goodness’ moment you have.
