Watercolor Dreaming

Hello all, hope everyone is having a sweet week! I wore this beautiful dress out to an event and I think it’s one of the most beautiful dresses ever!!! Not only is the OTS detail my favorite but the print on the dress reminds of painting with watercolors. It’s just beautifully simple and elegant in every way. It also has pockets which make it perfect for carrying my lipstick and phone! Oh, and this dress is on sale now!!! I paired this dress with my Manolo Blahnik shoes and I just loveeeee how the look turned out. I also chose these light purple flower drop earrings that add more elegance to the look.

Petal Passion

Another day for another event, when will it end?😏 JK I love it! When it comes to choosing a dress I always opt for the off the shoulder choice. I think it’s so flattering on all body types, every single girl can pull of this trend so if you’re doubting it, choose a few and just try it out! 👍🏻 I’m sure you’ll love it! I also, like every other girl, have a petal passion infatuation with any flower print! I thought this was one was absolutely gorgeous! Okay, now let’s talk about shoes! These shoes are from the brand Vince Camuto and when I saw them my heart skipped a beat just a teeny tiny bit 🙊  There are little black rinestones all over the shoes minus the heel, so much detail in this simple shoe design. These shoes are sleek, sexy and fabulous but they aren’t that comfortable I can only last a few hours🙈. Still no clutch found so I’ll be stuffing my lipstick and phone in my boyfriends pocket! 😂🙊That’s all for my outfit!

Summer Blues

I’ve had quite a few events to attend this June/July and let me tell you dress shopping can be so annoying especially when all I want to do is hang out by the pool! I purchased this gorgeous blue dress recently from Bardot, if you haven’t heard of Bardot it is one of my favorite brands sold at most department stores such as Nordstrom or Bloomingdales. Bardot has the best selection of dresses for any event, not only are they amazing high end quality but they also fit like a glove! This dress has such beautiful details all over and after trying it on I didn’t even think twice! I paired my dress with my Manolo Blahniks, so let’s just say Carrie Bradshaw would approve! Unfortunately I didn’t find a clutch…I’ve been looking for a simple beautiful clutch for some time now …so maybe by my next event, next weekend, I’ll have one!

Thanks for stopping by, kisses, kisses! Love, Elle.

DIY Chandelier Earrings

DSC_3723I’ve seen this style of earrings on all of my favorite online shops retailing for around $15-$20 and after making the mistake of actually purchasing them I realized I can totally make some of my very own! I researched on youtube and other blogs, chose my yarn colors, substituted a few things and came up with my own version! So keep reading to find out what you’ll need and what to do! I also created a video tutorial so you can see me in action if you have more questions. Thanks for reading, hope you enjoy and do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

Love, ELLE.

How To Style a White Dress

Hello, is anyone else out there extremely sad about fourth of July being over?! I gotta say the month of July is one of my favorites, it’s like my preppy style comes out to play and I enjoy every second of it especially for the fourth! Plus my family barbecues almost every weekend as I tan the day away in the pool, what more can I possibly ask for! My outfit for today was worn on an insanely hot July day but I felt cool all day wearing this dress because well…duh it’s a dress! I love an all white dress because the outfit options are endless, you can go for something dressy or casual! You can even experiment with different makeup/hair looks. I wore this dress as preppy as it could possibly get keeping it quite classy, I felt like a modern day Jackie Kennedy with my silk neck scarf and adorable little straw purse. I also wore these little nude sandals that I seriously wear everywhere because they are SO, SO, SO, SO comfortable, I’m so happy I purchased these babies! For my hair I did some loose waves but eventually pulled it up into a ponytail.. the heat was getting to me with all that hair! I just can’t do this long hair ….especially during the summer. I haven’t applied heat in about one week and a half and it feels like it grew five inches… I thought I wanted long hair…but then I just don’t really like the feeling. I’m going to try to contain myself from cutting it though but stay tuned in case I do decide to chop it off!  Direct links for items below.

Love Elle.
