Galentine’s Day Weekend Ideas

I’m here today sharing some cute ideas for you and all your girlfriends as well as a cute little red dress. Every year I want to have a Galentine’s get together but every year I simply fail. Mainly because of one main reason…my best friends live far away… this is sort of recent within the last few years but I have some more fabulous girls I know are totally Galentine’s day worthy!

Okay, so let’s get into it!

My first idea is a Galentine’s day Brunch, lunch or din din! I’ve done this with one of my best friends…I slept over at her house for three days on our last day we woke up nice and late, made some eggs, pancakes and poured some orange juice and champagne to have our morning brunch mimosa! She has an adorable hacienda type house so we sat outside, played some music and just enjoyed each other’s company and laughs!

Another cute idea is having a Galentine’s day picnic! Either at a cute park or your backyard…and if it is in your backyard I think serving some wine, cheese, crackers, grapes, strawberries, and other yummy little bites on the grass sitting atop some giant pillows would be so fun! Our family also has a movie projector so we could all watch our favorite chick flicks on the screen outside.

Then there’s always going out of course, for brunch, lunch, or dinner! Dressing up and having a good time at your favorite restaurants. This tends to be my very last choice only because it’s always so packed everywhere.

Lastly, a trip!!!!! A little getaway to somewhere fun or in my case… a visit to one of my best friends home..maybe vancouver for the weekend or good ol’ Arizona! Or book a hotel somewhere in between!

I hope I gave you some ideas and I hope you have a great Valentine’s/Galentine’s/Brolentine’s weekend!! I’ll be wearing this little red dress this weekend…if the sun decides to shine.

XOXO, Elle.
